Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer / Content Creator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content that tells our story across multiple platforms — from websites and social media to presentations and video campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, highly skilled in video editing and graphics, and able to leverage AI-powered creative tools to produce engaging content that strengthens our brand and captivates our audience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver graphics, digital assets, and marketing materials for campaigns and branding.
- Produce and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, webinars, and other digital platforms.
- Design visually impactful presentations for client proposals, pitches, and internal use.
- Support website design and updates to ensure a modern, user-friendly digital presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and goals.
- Adapt and optimize creative content for different channels, including social media, web, and print.
- Stay up to date with design trends, AI design tools, and content best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Content Creator, or similar creative role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, and preferably Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL
- E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion).
- Strong skills in video editing and post-production.
- Ability to design professional, high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with UI / UX design and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience creating branded content for social media campaigns.
- Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools.
