Technical Skills :

• Bachelor s degree in information technology , Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Finance / Accounting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong interest in continuing education in NetSuite, ERP systems, and technical support.
