📝 Job Description
ARR HOLIDAYS is hiring Travel Consultants for our Madurai office. The role involves assisting customers with travel planning, itinerary creation, flight & hotel bookings, and providing complete support throughout their travel journey. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
🔸Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand travel needs
- Create customized itineraries & holiday packages
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours & transfers
- Provide destination information, pricing & travel guidance
- Manage calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors & airlines
- Maintain customer records, quotations & invoices
- Ensure smooth travel execution & customer satisfaction
