Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter with proven B2B expertise who can turn complex tech concepts into clear, compelling messaging. This role demands not just strong writing skills but also strategic thinking to align every piece of copy with client goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead creative thinking, and mentor junior writers.

Key Responsibilities

Copy Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute B2B copy strategies for SaaS, IT, and tech brands.
  • Write impactful copy for whitepapers, case studies, websites, email campaigns, ad campaigns, brochures, and social media.
  • Create thought leadership copy that positions clients as industry leaders.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across platforms and campaigns.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with account managers, designers, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback.
  • Present ideas and copy concepts to clients confidently.

    • Optimization & Trends

  • Track copy performance and refine for better results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital media platforms.

    • Key Qualifications

  • Experience : 5+ years in B2B copywriting, ideally with a digital agency background.
  • Specialization : SaaS, IT, and technology clients.
  • Skills :
  • Exceptional storytelling and persuasive writing skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong command of US English (and Hindi a plus).
  • SEO copywriting and familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong client-handling abilities.
  • Open to feedback and collaborative in approach.
  • Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with non-BAU copy such as award campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and trends in copywriting.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
