The Opportunity

We are seeking a Video Editor to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundations in video editing and storytelling, who is excited to work in a modern, evolving creative environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, cinematic video assets that bring brand narratives, research, and product stories to life. While traditional video editing expertise is central to this role, an interest in AI-driven tools and workflows is highly valued as part of our forward-looking creative approach. This is a full-time, on-site role that thrives on ownership, creative initiative, and attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Edit and deliver cinematic, premium-quality video content across brand and product narratives
• Transform scripts, concepts, and raw assets into compelling, cohesive visual stories
• Manage post-production end-to-end, including pacing, transitions, sound, and color grading
• Maintain consistency in visual tone, quality, and storytelling across all outputs
• Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to refine and elevate ideas
• Ensure all videos reflect a balance of luxury, clarity, and accessibility

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing
• Deep understanding of the complete video production and post-production process
• Strong command of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
• Solid grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic pacing, and narrative structure
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats
• Experience working with premium, brand-led, or cinematic content is a plus
• Curious and enthusiastic about AI tools that enhance video creation
• Willingness to learn and experiment with emerging AI-assisted workflows
• Exposure to tools like Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, Neo, Stable Diffusion and other similar platforms is a big plus
• Ability to integrate AI-generated elements thoughtfully while maintaining editorial control
