Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position is based in the Mohali district. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage customer relationships, conduct training sessions, and oversee sales activities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with other teams for effective implementation of sales tactics.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and deliver Training sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
