Job description6-8 years of hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages (version 8.3.x and above), including the design and development of complex workflows within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain. Expertise in TFUI, workflows, configurations, views, calculations, security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, object models, and system integrations. Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end IBM OpenPages implementations, including AFOC, object modeling, field and profile configuration, workflows, calculations, notifications, and reporting. Strong background in architecting OpenPages solutions and working with Cognos Framework skilled in solution design, estimation, and delivering client demos. Proficient in Java for OpenPages API support, with working knowledge of CI / CD practices and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps experienced in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and managing multiple priorities independently.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Translate business requirements into effective IBM OpenPages solutions by designing and implementing configurations, workflows, and calculations.
- Manage end-to-end OpenPages development lifecycle including design, build, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Integrate IBM OpenPages with various banking systems through API-based solutions, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to client proposals and assisting in business development activities.
