Practice Lead – DevOps, Cloud & SRE

with the following skillset :

Practice Leadership & Delivery Excellence

Lead the DevOps, Cloud, and SRE practice across multiple engagements and geographies.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Define and implement best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for delivery.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery processes.

Capability Building & Team Development

Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, and training.

Develop and execute capability development plans aligned with emerging technologies.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.

Technical Strategy & Thought Leadership

Define technical strategy and roadmap for DevOps, Cloud, and SRE initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide innovation.

Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.

Required Skills :

Deep hands-on experience in DevOps tools and practices (CI / CD, IaC, automation).

Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

Proven experience in implementing and scaling SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
