Summary : As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. Engage in strategic decision-making and client interactions to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development of win strategies for deals.- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure successful outcomes.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform deal strategies.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Sales Enablement.- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales performance.
