Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and scope of work in consultation with project and operations teams
- Collect and evaluate technical offers from vendors and contractors
- Analyze deviations in bids and work towards closing gaps with vendors
- Prepare comprehensive technical bid analysis reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical compliance
- Support project execution by providing technical expertise
