About the Role
As a Customer Support Intern at Zolo, you will be the front line of our customer experience. You'll manage customer queries via voice calls and non-voice channels like emails and tickets, ensuring smooth and timely resolution of their issues. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 12 months of experience looking to start or grow their career in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communication through calls, emails, and tickets.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, empathetic, and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update tickets appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and manage multiple communication channels efficiently.
Skills & Traits
