About the Role
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic
Project Head
with strong experience in large-scale trade shows and global partnerships. You will drive exhibitor growth, partnerships, buyer programs, operations, and the overall success of the show.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution
Drive exhibitor acquisition, international pavilions & partnerships
Oversee operational planning, venue coordination & vendor management
Build strategic alliances with trade councils, embassies, associations & global networks
Improve exhibitor / visitor experience & satisfaction metrics
Lead cross-functional internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing
Ideal Candidate
4–5 years experience in trade fairs / exhibitions (not corporate events)
Experience with international / B2B shows preferred
Strong commercial & relationship-building skills
Ability to drive revenue targets & manage P&L components
Experience working with event organisers, associations, or industry councils
Preferred Background
