Job Responsibilities
- Preparing daily research reports assigned from time to time, and work on new reports depending upon the requirements from the sales team. Ensuring that all the reports are accurate and released in a time-bound fashion.
- Updating of charts and tables for the monthly publication, Navigator. Updating schemes and recommendations in the wealth management software as well as in the standard presentations used in sales.
- Studying all the important research reports and preparing a summary of the same for presentation and discussions at the Monday concalls and team meetings as decided from time to time.
- Preparation of Investment Plans tailored to the specific investment needs of customers
- Evaluation of new products which are issued from time to time, and tracking their performance on a regular basis.
- Review of portfolios – existing as well as new customers and examining the portfolios for their alignment with Emkay Model portfolios, profit booking opportunities, new product inclusions, weeding out non-performers, enhancement of tax efficiency of the portfolios etc. The portfolios will need to be drawn from the system and the presentations should be in the standardized format prescribed for the purpose.
- Follow-up on outcome of sales calls by senior research team members and also on the action taken on investment plans and portfolio reviews.
- Handle a minimum assigned client-facing activities with select accounts and understand any delivery or servicing gaps for improvements in future.
