Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategies to increase sales revenue, and fostering relationships with existing and potential clients. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, provide training and support to the sales team, and collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies.

Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
Strong understanding of Sales Strategies and Revenue Growth
Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building skills
Ability to track Sales Performance and conduct Performance Analysis
Collaboration skills with Marketing for promotional strategies
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
