About the Role :
We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven Senior Admission Counselors to join. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to counsel students
Key Responsibilities :
Counsel and guide students helping them choose the right programs and destinations.
Manage end-to-end admissions cycle – from lead generation, counseling, conversion to final admission.
Handle B2C interactions with prospective students / parents through calls, emails, and virtual sessions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / revenue targets.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Keep updated with industry trends, admission processes, and partner universities.
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech B2C sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency mandatory).
Experience with ticket sizes ranging from ₹40,000 – ₹4,00,000.
Education gap up to 6 months acceptable with valid reason.
Compensation & Benefits :
Fixed CTC : ₹6 – 7.5 LPA
Variable Pay : Up to ₹2 LPA
Hike not exceeding 15% of last fixed CTC.
Work Schedule :
Working Days : 6 days / week
