Job description

We are looking for a motivated Engineer- OT OPS to join our esteem client in Product-based MNC to ensure smooth operations of IT infrastructure and applications with strong MES(Manufacturing Execution System) experience. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the first point of contact for IT requests via ServiceNow, phone, and email.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Diagnose and resolve IT issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Train end-users on new systems and create documentation.
Administer user access and support IT-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software / IT / EEE Engineering, or related field.

Strong experience in MES Domain.

Knowledge of Microsoft OS, Office Suite, AD, DNS, DHCP, Outlook, LAN / WLAN.

Basic networking, hardware, and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with SQL Server, PowerShell scripting, IoT / Digitalization (a plus).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
