AI Lead

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer to lead the AI solution design and implementation. This role requires technical leadership in architecting LLM-based AI workflows and mentoring developers. Please find below job description :

Location : Bangalore - Work From Office

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

Notice Period : 0-30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team / module in building AI-driven applications

Architect solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks

Provide guidance on AI model design, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning

Integrate APIs, tools, and external systems with AI agents

Ensure high-quality coding standards, version control, and CI / CD practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery

Mentor developers and promote innovation in AI / ML practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors / master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field

6 - 8 years in AI / ML development with 1 - 2 years in a lead role

Strong programming expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch

Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning

Proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI

Knowledge of vector databases and knowledge graph-based systems

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
