Manual Test Engineer - Acceptance Testing

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Manual Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements. This role involves preparing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand project requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute test cases manually for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Identify, record, and track software bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure that software applications are user-friendly, reliable, and meet customer requirements.
• Document test results, prepare test reports, and provide feedback to the development team.
• Participate in review meetings to discuss defects, risks, and progress.
