Job Description -
The Internship will Start with a brief introduction of the company, and all the insights of the company and the HR Operations , based on the insights you receive you will be required to work on HR Documentation, Talent acquisition, Employee engagement and other HR Operations.
Job Role -
Job Responsibility -
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and contribute to the development of job descriptions.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture. Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary materials to new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using tools such as Google Docs and spreadsheets. Assist in handling day-to-day HR activities, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee inquiries.
: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Collect and analyze employee feedback using survey tools and spreadsheets to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees. Support the implementation of performance management processes using digital tools.
Stay informed about relevant labor laws and ensure company policies align with legal requirements. Utilize digital platforms for compliance-related activities, such as document verification and recordkeeping.
