We are the No. 1 Bug hunters for Google, reporting 1250+ security vulnerabilities. Our SaaS platform Bugsmirror MASST (Mobile App Security Suite and Tools) provides solutions for threat & vulnerability detection, mitigation and monitoring to advanced Red teaming exercises for Android and iOS mobile apps. We're looking for adaptable and curious individuals ready to grow with us in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Job Designation - HR Intern.

  • Job Duration - In-Office 6 Months Full-time Internship.
  • Date of Joining (Tentative) - Will be decided after interview
  • Stipend - Up to INR 12,000 per month, based on a minimum of 7 productive working hours per day

  • Job Description -

    The Internship will Start with a brief introduction of the company, and all the insights of the company and the HR Operations , based on the insights you receive you will be required to work on HR Documentation, Talent acquisition, Employee engagement and other HR Operations.

    Job Role -

  • Interns will be asked to perform tasks related to above mentioned requirements during the internship period. Later, a full time offer will be given if eligibility criteria is met by the candidate. Interns need to follow company norms and policies.
  • Job Responsibility -

  • Talent Acquisition :
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and contribute to the development of job descriptions.

  • Onboarding :
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture. Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary materials to new employees.

  • HR Operations :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using tools such as Google Docs and spreadsheets. Assist in handling day-to-day HR activities, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee inquiries.

  • Employee Engagement
  • : Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Collect and analyze employee feedback using survey tools and spreadsheets to identify areas for improvement.

  • Learning and Development :
  • Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees. Support the implementation of performance management processes using digital tools.

  • Compliance :
  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and ensure company policies align with legal requirements. Utilize digital platforms for compliance-related activities, such as document verification and recordkeeping.

    There will be 2 rounds :

    Round 1 : Screening and Speaking round

    Round 2 : Personal interview.

    Note : All rounds are shortlisting rounds and only selected candidates will receive emails for the further rounds.

  • All the rounds will be conducted in offline mode for candidates available in Indore.

  • Courses- MBA (Preferred) /
  • BBA / BE / Btech

  • All branches are eligible.
