AI Architect / Senior AI Developer Vacancy

Job Description :

As a Senior AI Developer / AI Architect in the AI team, you will work and mentor a team of developers, working on the Fusion GBS AI Team and its AI engine AI Talos alongside Large language models, simulations, and agentic AI.

Responsibilities

  • Development of intricate python-based AI code to ensure delivery of cutting-edge AI capabilities in the service management space
  • Team Mentoring : You will work alongside junior / mid-level developers, guiding them on managing their workload and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard according to the product roadmap.
  • Innovation : Guiding members of the team on the latest AI trends, especially large language models and simulation
  • Software delivery to customers following standard security practices

    • Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or equivalent
  • Agile trained and practiced

    • Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work with teams across the business to ensure the creation of end-to-end high-value use cases and communication with senior management around requirement deadlines etc.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, ensuring the team is working to target and motivated.

    • Requirements

  • Experience of 7+ years in developing AI / Data Science solutions, with a senior level of involvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of Python, including libraries such as Pydantic, Pytorch, Pyarrow, Scikit, Hugging Face, Pandas or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI models and usage such as Llama2, Mistral AI or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of training models for classification or equivalent or fine-tuning existing language models.
  • Extensive knowledge of RAG architecture.
  • Experience as a full-stack developer is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of GitHub, Jira and Docker.
  • Experience with architecture and setup of GPU-based services.
