looking for an experienced Lead Distributor , the focus is exclusively on CRM operations, lead distribution, and data management .
You will be responsible for managing the full lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless follow-ups by agents, maintaining data quality, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
— Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system (follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates).
— Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times.
— Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO.
— Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant.
— Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system.
— Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies.
— Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team.
Requirements
— Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage on UAE market.
— Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes.
— Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix.
— Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment.
— Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
— Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management.
