Lead Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of structural vehicle systems including frame, swing arm, handlebar, side / main stands, footrests, and grab handles .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Simulation, Testing, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure optimal part performance.
• Create and manage Design Verification Plans (DVPs) in collaboration with simulation and testing teams.
• Interpret simulation and test results to iterate and improve design quality and structural performance.
• Develop DFMEAs aligned with DVPs to proactively identify and mitigate potential failure modes.
• Manage and update the Engineering BOM , design standards, and documentation of lessons learned.
• Identify and communicate design risks with proactive mitigation planning .
