Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound customer calls in Hindi and English.
- Address customer issues, provide product / service information, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet performance targets such as average handling time (AHT), call quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Required Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English .Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.Basic computer knowledge and ability to type.Patience and willingness to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
