The ideal candidate has deep expertise in short-term rental markets and hands-on experience withPriceLabs , market analytics, and revenue forecasting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns usingPriceLabs .Adjust rates and minimum stay requirements in real time to reflect demand and supply conditions.Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align promotions and availability with revenue goals.Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Conduct A / B testing of pricing models and promotional campaigns.Forecast revenue and occupancy for budgeting and business planning.Requirements2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals, hospitality, or hotels.Proficiency withPriceLabsand other analytics platforms (e.g., AirDNA).Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities.Detail-oriented with a passion for performance optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com is a strong asset.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.Flexible remote / hybrid work setup.Career growth in a fast-scaling company.Collaborative and innovative team culture.
