Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Noida. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing digital ad campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and ensuring return on investment. Tasks include developing and implementing paid media strategies, analyzing marketing data, creating campaign performance reports, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Collaboration with creative and content teams will be essential to drive campaigns that achieve measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Media, PPC, Ad Campaign Management, and Performance Marketing
• Strong analytical skills for Campaign Data Analysis, A / B Testing, and ROI Optimization
• Expertise in Digital Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Budget Management, and Campaign Planning
• Proficient in tools including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other Ad Optimization platforms
• Ability to understand user behavior and audience segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
