Job Responsibilities :
- End to end client / vendor / dealers management on calls.
- Handing the Auction Process and connecting with client / vendor / dealers to increase the bids in the auction.
- Relationship building with clients.
- Stakeholder management.
- Processing inquiries generated through tele sales.
- Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested.
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- Client / Vendor / Dealers Relationship management related activities.
We are looking for :
Someone with 06 months - 4 years of work experience in Voice Process.Good judgment and swift decision-making skills.Proficiency in Malayalam and English is must.Skills Required
