Manager – Audit Quality

About the Role

Join our 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) team and play a key role in enhancing Audit Quality by providing real-time support and coaching to engagement teams before audit opinions are signed.

This is a non-client facing role , ideal for professionals from Statutory Audit who are looking to transition into Audit Quality .

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Independent reviews of high-risk & audit focus areas
• ️ Ensure KAM & Indian Auditing Standards compliance
• ️ Coach and support audit teams for better on-the-job learning
• ️ Drive efficiency in audit approaches
• ️ Contribute to broader Quality & Risk initiatives (Audit milestone monitoring, Q&R MIS reporting, Standardization, Specialist engagement, Audit quality projects)

Skills & Competencies

✅ CA – Mandatory

✅ 5–10 years' experience in Statutory Audit / Audit Quality

✅ Strong understanding of KAM & Auditing Standards

✅ Excellent communication & drafting skills

✅ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination

✅ Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred)

Compensation Brackets

• ???? Manager 1 : 5–7 yrs | ₹20–22 LPA
• ???? Manager 2 : 7–8 yrs | ₹24–26 LPA
• ???? Manager 3 : 8+ yrs | ₹26.5–29 LPA
