Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience who can take ownership of advertising + funnels + automation for our EdTech clients and in-house projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of running Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, combined with practical knowledge of webinar funnels, demo session funnels, call-booking funnels, and marketing automation (email + WhatsApp).

This role is central to scaling our EdTech brands by managing full-funnel performance—from lead generation to nurturing to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage campaign KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead-to-enrollment conversion.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A / B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

Funnel Management

  • Build and manage webinar funnels, demo session funnels, and call-booking funnels.
  • Ensure smooth lead flow from ads to CRM / email / WhatsApp automation.
  • Collaborate with the design / content team for funnel creatives, landing pages, and nurturing sequences.
  • Automation & Integrations

  • Set up integrations using Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools to connect ads → CRM → email → WhatsApp.
  • Manage email automation tools (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Run WhatsApp automation via AiSensy, WATI, or similar platforms.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign and funnel performance using GA, GTM, and dashboards.
  • Suggest and implement improvements across ad campaigns, funnels, and automation flows.
  • Ensure all tracking pixels, events, and conversions are set up correctly.
  • Agency Growth

  • Run campaigns for both client projects and in-house / agency marketing.
  • Stay updated with PPC + funnel marketing trends in the EdTech domain.
  • Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of funnels (webinar / demo / call booking).
  • Experience with Zapier / Pabbly integrations.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Hands-on with WhatsApp automation tools (AiSensy, WATI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS.
  • Experience in EdTech campaigns is a big plus.
