Job description
  • Supervise and lead site operations, ensuring timely and quality execution of construction activities, particularly in railway infrastructure projects
  • Provide direction and assign tasks to team members, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Train, mentor, and guide the team to improve technical skills, safety awareness, and job performance
  • Monitor daily progress, evaluate team performance, and implement improvement strategies for enhanced efficiency
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through clear communication and strong leadership
  • Resolve site-level conflicts and operational issues using effective problem-solving techniques
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment of activities and project goals
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all site operations
  • Generate progress reports, analyze data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and operational improvement
  • Act as the key point of contact for all team-related queries and communications on-site
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, regulations, and construction methodologies to drive continuous improvement
