Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Legal Officer, located in Chennai. The Chief Legal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, addressing legal issues, ensuring corporate governance, and managing labor and employment law matters. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that all business operations comply with the relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law, Legal Issues, and providing Legal Advice
• Experience with Corporate Governance
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Experience in the healthcare industry or international export business is a plus
