Senior & Lead Java Developer

Role Summary :

We are seeking for a Software Developer with 4 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in Java

backend development using Spring Boot, along with strong skills in cloud technologies

(AWS / Azure) and DevOps practices. Proven track record of building and deploying scalable

microservices, automating CI / CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability using Kubernetes and

Docker. Adept at working in Agile environments and collaborating across development,

operations, and QA teams.

Role Responsibilities :

 Design, develop, and maintain RESTful backend services using Spring Boot

 Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms with security and scalability

 Create and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

 Containerize applications and manage them using Docker and Kubernetes

 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments

 Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality features

 Follow Agile practices, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Key Skills :

 Java 8 / 11, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

 RESTful API development and integration

 Microservices architecture

 AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS / EKS), or Azure (App Service, AKS)

 Cloud deployment and monitoring strategies

 CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD

 Containerization : Docker

 Orchestration : Kubernetes, Helm

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Engineering, or related field.

 4 to 10 years of relevant experience
