Job Summary :
We're looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to manage and expand our FMCG business in Oman and other GCC regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distribution channels, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
2. Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, etc.) to drive business growth.
7. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new product launches.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably in a territory management role.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
8. Valid GCC Driving License
