About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist with a strong background in Cybersecurity and proven expertise across Customer Experience (CX) platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product knowledge, technical expertise, and collaboration skills to work across Sales, Development, and Product Management teams.

This role is well-suited for professionals passionate about leveraging AI / ML to enhance marketing and CX products in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities :

• Bring rich domain experience in Cybersecurity to influence product strategy and execution.
• Apply in-depth technical knowledge of CX platforms such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot (or similar).
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Product Management teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Utilize Product Management tools like Aha (or similar) for roadmap planning and execution.
• Drive product innovation by integrating AI / ML capabilities into marketing and CX solutions.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, technical evaluations, and solution positioning.
