(Contractor Side).

Position :

Senior Cost Control Engineer

Job Description :

Responsible for project cost monitoring, budgeting, and control across all project phases.

Prepare and maintain project cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost accuracy and timely reporting.

Evaluate subcontractor and vendor invoices, progress claims, and change orders.

Support project management with cost trend analysis, earned value management, and financial planning.

Assist in preparing monthly cost reports and cash flow statements.

Ensure adherence to company cost control procedures and project-specific requirements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil or Mechanical).

Minimum

10–12 years of experience

in

Oil & Gas EPC / Construction Projects

with a reputable contractor.

Proficient in cost control systems, budgeting, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Primavera, MS Excel).

ADNOC / Middle East project experience preferred.

Immediate availability is an advantage.

Package Details : Salary :

AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
