Job Title : Telecaller

Location : Bangalore

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Description :

We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products / services and their benefits effectively.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information or solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
Follow up with leads and ensure conversions where possible.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements :

Any graduate or fresher with good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada .

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric mindset.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Ability to handle rejections and stay goal-oriented.
