Technocrats Horizons is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead (PHP & JavaScript) to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, setting technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.

This role requires strong expertise in PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter) and JavaScript frameworks (React.js / Node.js), along with leadership skills to mentor and guide the team.

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of PHP and JavaScript developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Define coding standards, architecture practices, and best development methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and JavaScript.
• Work with frameworks such as Laravel / CodeIgniter (PHP) and React.js / Node.js (JavaScript).
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with overall architecture.
• Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
