About the Job
Experience : 3 - 4 years Experience only
Location - Noida
Salary - 30 - 35 K Per month
Shift Time - 9 A.M to 6 P.M. Or 10 A.M. to 7 P.M
Working Days - 5.5 Days ( 2nd and 4th Saturdays's will be off )
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Manage and optimize company pages on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video, reels).
- Experience in designing interactive and appealing graphics and creative
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor Social Media Insights and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Creating calendar for social media.
- Good understanding of social media insights and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
- Plan and execute paid social media Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and conversions. This is Mandatory.
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Client communicating and Meetings, delivering reports to clients
Requirements :
6 months + of proven work experience as a Social Media intern and SMO Executive or similar role.Hands-on experience in content management and social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva).Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics and Tags.Solid understanding of Meta Ads management and Hash Tags usage.Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
