Roles & Responsibilities :
Facilitate End to end full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-Retail
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Desired Skills & Experience :
At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications
Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas : Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising : Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain)
Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project
Profound understanding of Retail business processes
Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI / CO modules
Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
