Job Opportunity :
We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll.
- Configure and maintain system settings, user accounts, and security roles within the Kronos application
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Provide support for integration with other HR and Payroll systems
