Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Nagpur. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering IT systems, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes overseeing the maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and overall Information Technology systems management
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and maintaining system functionality
• Knowledge of Network Security to ensure safe and secure operations
• Customer Service skills to provide effective and timely technical support
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex technical issues
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
