Job description

We are seeking a skilled OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Exstream (Dialogue / Empower), document generation, and variable data printing, with a strong grasp of enterprise integration and output management.

️ Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Exstream templates for high-volume customer communications.
Implement enhancements and support production document workflows.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct unit testing and resolve issues in production environments.
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as CRM and ECM platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream 16.x and above.

In-depth understanding of Exstream architecture and document lifecycle.

Proficiency in Exstream API for previewing and generating outputs.

Expertise in customer communication management tools :

Command Center

Communication Server

Communication Builder

CAAS

Design Manager

Content Author

Live Formats

Empower

Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping techniques.

Experience with batch and interactive processing.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and REST API interfaces.

Basic understanding of output management systems.

Prior experience integrating Exstream with enterprise platforms.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
