Role Overview

We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, service requests, and relationship handling for a leading insurance-based process ( General Insurance). The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination skills, and customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide accurate product / service information to customers.
  • Log customer requests, queries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely updates and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Track pending cases, escalations, and closures.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
  • Requirements

  • Any graduate (preferred).
  • 0–3 years experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or call center roles.
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer queries politely.
