Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.Provide accurate product / service information to customers.Log customer requests, queries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.Ensure timely updates and maintain customer satisfaction.Track pending cases, escalations, and closures.Maintain records, reports, and documentation.Requirements
Any graduate (preferred).0–3 years experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or call center roles.Good communication skills in English & Hindi.Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.Ability to multitask and handle customer queries politely.If Interested , contact : 96777 28090 ( whatsapp)
