About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced corporate hiring environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for Commercial Underwriting and related roles, along with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple corporate functions, with a strong focus on Commercial Underwriter hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in corporate recruitment (mandatory).
Prior experience in hiring for Commercial Underwriter or BFSI-related roles preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a 1 : 00 PM IST shift to align with global teams.
Compensation
CTC : Up to ₹8 LPA (Fixed – No negotiation)
