About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic HR and Counselor who can support our students and internal teams. The role blends people management with student guidance. It focuses on communication, followup, and creating a supportive environment for learners across MidhaFin and MidhaGuru.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle regular inbound and outbound calls with students across MidhaFin and MidhaGuru.
• Maintain consistent followup to ensure student progress, query resolution, and satisfaction.
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, attendance oversight, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
• Offer counseling support to guide students with academic and career related concerns.
• Keep records updated and maintain clear communication with management regarding student status and HR matters.
• Assist in building a positive and productive work culture.
