Requirements

Job Responsibilities :

• Train and fine-tune AI bots using internal tools and datasets.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.
• Ability to train AI bots effectively and understand conversational flows.
• Quick learner with a strong grasping ability for new tools and dashboards.
• Work with tools like Jira for task tracking and Postman for testing.
• Maintain and update training documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather training requirements and feedback.
• Monitor bot performance and suggest improvements based on user interactions.
