We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Development Associate for a full-time role based in Bharuch and Surat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a related field. You will play a key role in expanding Career Craft Consultants' presence and partnerships across the education sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) : Experience identifying and nurturing quality leads through innovative channels for business effectiveness.
- Market Research (Mandatory skill) : Strong ability to analyze current market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential growth opportunities.
- ATL / BTL Activity (Mandatory skill) : Proficiency in creating, managing, and executing Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line marketing campaigns for audience engagement.
- Client Acquisition : Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients by understanding and aligning solutions with their specific education needs.
- Partnership Development : Proven skills in building strong, long-lasting partnerships with stakeholders and education institutions.
- Presentation Skills : Competent in conveying ideas and solutions clearly, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audience profiles.
- Sales Presentations : Capable of preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements and business objectives.
- EdTech Solutions : Good understanding of the education technology space with the ability to promote digital learning solutions effectively to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in education sectors within Bharuch and Surat to achieve growth targets.Conduct detailed market research to gather actionable insights on industry trends, customer priorities, and competitor activities.Generate and qualify leads through digital, telephonic, and in-person channels, nurturing them through the sales funnel.Develop and manage ATL and BTL marketing activities to drive brand visibility and student outreach initiatives.Establish, negotiate, and maintain relationships with prospective partners and clients to expand business collaborations.Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of EdTech solutions.Create regular reports on lead status, partnership progress, and campaign effectiveness for internal review.Support the implementation of business development strategies in alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
