Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Windchill Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a large-scale Windchill upgrade project . This role requires strong expertise in Windchill PLM solutions , system administration, and upgrade execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Windchill environments while ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.

As a Windchill Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to provide technical expertise, oversee upgrade activities, and deliver tailored PLM solutions aligned with business needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge PLM implementations and upgrades while contributing to the digital transformation journey of leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the Windchill PLM system to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Lead and support the planning, execution, and validation of the Windchill upgrade project, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and configure Windchill modules to meet specific business needs.
• Manage CAD integrations with Windchill, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized workflows for engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Windchill systems.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams on system backups, recovery strategies, and server / cloud management.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of upgraded systems.
• Participate in system audits, compliance checks, and security management to align with organizational standards.
