Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant / Recruiter to help us source and place top global talent for our clients. This role is essential to maintaining our high placement standards and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. You’ll work directly with candidates and internal teams to support end-to-end recruitment efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and screen candidates – Use job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find qualified applicants.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients – Keep things moving smoothly between candidates and hiring team.s
  • Maintain accurate candidate records – Track progress and ensure all data is up to date in our ATS

What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment experience – At least 3 years in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
  • Strong communication skills – Comfortable engaging with candidates and clients via email and video
  • Organized and detail-oriented – Able to manage multiple candidates and timelines efficiently

    • Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with international hiring
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems

    We offer a full-time, IST-hours remote job with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday , with excellent prospects for long-term growth.
