Job Overview :
We are a leading digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a specialist in Meta and Google Ads, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance campaigns that drive measurable ROI for our clients.
As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to plan, launch, and optimize paid media and SEO campaigns across North America. You will ensure strong performance, accurate tracking, and actionable insights that inform data-driven decision making.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies that meet client objectives
- Managing budgets and resource allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Conducting keyword research and optimizing on-page and off-page SEO practices
- Setting up and managing pixels, tags, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager
- Analyzing and reporting campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA
- Proposing data-driven improvements and collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure consistent campaign messaging and creative quality
- Presenting campaign insights to clients and maintaining clear and confident communication
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
3-6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise mannerBenefits :
