Java Developer – Senior & Junior Roles

📍 Location : Hyderabad, India (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

About the Role :

Webilent is seeking passionate Java Developers (2 Senior, 2 Junior) to join our dynamic engineering team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications built on modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Java .
Build reliable integrations using Hibernate , JPA , and relational / non-relational databases .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions following best coding practices.
Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS) to deploy and manage applications.
Participate in code reviews , CI / CD pipeline setup , and version control using Git .
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

Essential Skills :

Strong proficiency in Core Java , Spring , and Spring Boot .

Experience developing microservices and REST APIs .

Hands-on experience with Hibernate , JPA .

Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS).

Experience with Kafka , Redis , or RabbitMQ .

Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases, and MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with CI / CD , Git , Maven / Gradle .

Good to Have :

Knowledge of Apache Ignite , Docker , or Kubernetes .

Experience with JSON / XML processing and data integration frameworks .

Understanding of Auth0 or Spring Security for authentication / authorization.

Exposure to healthcare domain workflows (eligibility, claims, capitation).

Experience Level :

Senior Developers : 6–10 years

Junior Developers : 2–5 years
